Excise Tax Reduction Officially Added to Senate Tax Bill

Federal excise tax reduction has gained some footing in the Senate. Last night Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch included the amendment for FET reduction into the larger tax bill as a part of his Chairman's markup.
