E&J Gallo has agreed to purchase Locations brand from Shooting Gallery Wines, a joint venture between winemaker Dave Phinney and importer Aveniu Brands. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the sale is expected to close this Friday, per a release.The purchase includes the Locations brand and related inventory.
