Duckhorn Acquires Calera Wine Co.

TSG Consumer Partners subsidiary Duckhorn Wine Co. has acquired highly acclaimed Calera Wine Co. in California's Central Coast. The sale includes the winery, tasting room, inventory and Calera's estate vineyards: Selleck, Jensen, Reed, Mills, Ryan and de Villiers in the Mt. Harlan AVA, totaling about 85 acres.
