DSWE Gets New Partner, New Name

Domaine Select Wine Estates has inked a new deal with Miami-based private equity group Walden Capital Management. The terms have not been disclosed, but as a part of the deal, the company has been renamed Domaine Select Wine & Spirits. A release from the company indicates that Walden brings both capital and management expertise to the partnership. "Our immediate growth will be in the development of existing and new brands, as well as an increased national presence. The new partnership
