Dogfish Head Adapts Craft Brewing Know-How for Spirits Venture

A venture that started back in 2002 has finally come to fruition as popular craft brewer Dogfish Head enters the spirits world. To jumpstart the project, Dogfish brought on distiller Graham Hamblett to head the process of making all the spirits at the newly constructed distillery with two 500-gallon copper stripping stills and a 250-gallon copper vodka column.
