Distributors Tackle Hot-Button, Three-tier Issues

Dear Client:The three-tier system has been in place for decades, but due to recent trends in industry consolidation, the effects of the Granholm case and an increasing number of suppliers opting to skip the distribution tier all together, it is not as clearly defined as it used to be. Yesterday at the opening session of the annual NABCA legal symposium prominent representatives of the distribution tier discussed some of those hot-button issues that will shape the future of the system.
