Dear Client:Retailers petitioning the Thurston County Superior Court to overturn certain rules put in place by the Washington Liquor Control Board (WLCB) have "as its object to minimize, if not entirely to eliminate, the distributor tier of Washington's three-tier system." That's why the Washington Beer & Wine Distributors Association (WBWDA) should be allowed to intervene as a defendant, they claim in recent a court document.
