Last year, Tennessee lawmakers, with the support of B-F, passed legislation declaring Tennessee whiskey must be made from fermented mash of at least 51% corn, aged in new oak barrels, charcoal mellowed and stored in Tennessee. But this year, Diageo is supporting legislation to change the law to allow Tennessee whiskey distillers to store whiskey
