Delaware Lawmakers Push for DTC Wine Sales

Dear Client:   Delaware is one of a handful of states that prohibits direct-to-consumer wine shipping. State lawmakers are hoping to change that soon as Rep. Mike Smith plans to introduce a wine shipping bill in the new year.  This isn't the first attempt to open up wine DTC in the state. You may recall, Rep.
