Crimson Wine Group has acquired Seven Hills Winery in Washington's Walla Walla Valley for an undisclosed sum. Seven Hills was founded by Casey McClellan and his wife Vicky in 1982. Since then it has cultivated a reputation for its merlots and Bordeaux-Style red blends sourced from the likes of Seven Hills Vineyard, McClellan Estate Vineyard, Ciel du Coeval and Klipsun.
