Craft Distiller Kent Rabish on Michigan’s Transforming Industry

Dear Client:The nationwide craft boom has been well documented in the industry, but it might be news to you that Michigan ranks among the top ten states with the most craft distilleries, according to the American Distilling Institute. In 2005 the Great Lakes State had two craft distilleries. It now has 11, following closely at the heels of Texas (12) and Colorado (14). WSD recently took the opportunity to speak with Kent Rabish, owner of Grand Traverse Distillery, one of
