Constellation Takes Minority Stake in Canned Wine Brand Archer Roose

Dear Client:    Today Constellation Brands announced it has acquired a minority stake in New York-based canned wine company Archer Roose. Constellation made the investment through its venture capital group as part of its Focus on Female Founders Initiative.
