Constellation Offloads “Mainstream” Wine Biz to The Wine Group

Dear Client: Constellation announced this afternoon that it has signed an agreement with The Wine Group to divest its "primarily mainstream" wine brands including: Woodbridge, Meiomi, Robert Mondavi Private Selection, Cook's, Simi, and J. Roget sparkling wine. The deal also includes related inventory, facilities and vineyards from the brands.  Financial terms of the agreement weren't announced, but the deal is expected to close at the end of STZ's first quarter of fiscal 2026.  Constellation will retain most of its collection
