Colorado grocers and liquor stores have struck a deal to allow grocery and convenience chains to sell beer, wine and spirits at more than one location, if the grocers drop their current campaign to pass a ballot initiative in November [see WSD 02-11-2016]The deal hinges on the passage of a bill (SB 197) that would incrementally increase the maximum number of new licenses a chain could acquire, starting with four additional licenses through 2022 and eventually leading to no limits
