Castle Brands Takes 20% Stake in Kentucky Artisan Distillery

Castle Brands has taken a 20% stake in Copperhead Distilling Company, the owner and operator of Kentucky Artisan Distillery (KAD). The investment will go toward building a new warehouse to store Castle Brands' Jefferson's bourbons, provide distilling capabilities, and create a visitor center and store for Jefferson's.
