Carlyle Group Closing in on Accolade Wines Acquisition

US private equity firm The Carlyle Group has entered exclusive discussions with CHAMP private equity for the sale of Accolade Wines, reports Australian Financial Review.Accolade Wines makes about $75 million annual profit and is expected to be worth more than $1 billion, according to AFR.
