Dear Client: Breakthru Beverage Group recently celebrated its one-year anniversary of entering into the California market. You may recall, the wholesaler entered the market through the acquisition of Wine Warehouse [see WSD 01-17-2023]. Leading the California market as evp is Tandy Harvey.
