Bacardi Buries Final Lawsuit Against Former Distrib

Bacardi has settled the last of the 30+ lawsuits it filed against its former distributors in order to fully align with Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits (SGWS). Most were settled pretty quickly, and as of June, the only holdout was Young's Market [see WSD 06-02-2016].Recall, Young's would not agree to declaratory judgment, nor would it promise not to sue Bacardi over the same issue at a later date, because it had not yet determined if it had been negatively affected
