Bacardi and Major Brands Duke it out in Two States

Dear Client:We've been covering Major Brands' entanglement with its largest suppliers (Pernod Ricard, Diageo and Bacardi USA) for several months now, but so far Bacardi has largely managed to stay out of the headlines. Today, we have a few updates in the Bacardi USA v. Major Brands case, or rather cases. The nature of Bacardi and Major Brands' relationship and legality of ending it is currently being determined in both a Florida federal court and a Missouri state court. The
