Another Circuit to Weigh in on Retailer Shipping Issue

Dear Client:   Efforts to open up bev alc retailer shipping have been falling short recently, but advocates are not going down easily.  You may recall, earlier this year a district court judge struck down a retailer shipping lawsuit filed against the state of Rhode Island, finding that the state's alcohol retailer regulations are constitutional [see WSD 09-30-2022].
