Dear Client:The Vintner Group is at it again. After a very busy 2013, in which the company made three acquisitions (see WSD 12-16-2013 ), it has announced today that it will merge operations with New Jersey-based importer and distributor, Winebow. The new company will be called The Winebow Group and David Townsend, who led The Vintner Group through its recent years of rapid growth and has nearly 20 years of experience in fine wine distribution, will lead The Winebow Group
