Alert, Pernod Acquires Majority Stake in Avion

Pernod Ricard USA has acquired a majority stake in Tequila Avion. Recall, PR USA has had a joint venture with Tequila Avion since 2011, in which it held a minority interest in the 100,000-case tequila brand.
