Dear Client:F. Korbel and Bros.' sale of Kenwood Vineyards to Banfi Vintners has been terminated. Although Korbel Bros announced their intentions to sell the Sonoma Valley winery and related assets to Banfi in March, it has been announced Korbel will continue to own and operate the winery.The Kenwood purchase by the Mariani family, owners' of Banfi, would've marked the company's entrance into the California wine.
