Constellation Brands announced it will be acquiring the Prisoner Wine Company brands from Huneeus Vintners for $285 million. This purchase "further strengthens" Constellation's presence in the high end wine category, per a release. The sale includes The Prisoner, Saldo, Cuttings, Blindfold and Thorn brands.
