Alert: Campari Bolster Cognac Portfolio with $62 million Acquisition

Gruppo Campari has reached an agreement to acquire Bisquit Cognac from South Africa's Distell Group for $62 million. The acquisition includes Bisquit's inventory, maturing stock, trademarks as well a production facilities consisting of warehouses, blending cellars and a bottling plant.
