Alert, Breakthru Buys Majestic in PA

Breakthru Beverage Group has acquired Pennsylvania-based Majestic Wine and Spirits USA, per a release. Majestic will operate as an independent division of Breakthru Beverage Pennsylvania. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.Majestic has been distributing in Pennsylvania for 33 years with a diverse portfolio of wine and spirits.
