Anheuser-Busch Inbev's incubation division ZX Ventures has acquired UK-based spirits company Atom Group, per a message to its wholesale network. No financial details were disclosed.Atom Group is comprised of three business units: 1) Atom Brands, a distiller, 2) Master of Malt, an e-commerce alcohol beverage platform, and 3) Maverick Drinks, a UK-based craft spirits distributor, with a US sales network.As part of the purchase, the Atom Group will no longer sell directly to consumers through the Master of Malt website
