A Handy Guide to 2022 M&A Activity

Dear Client:   During our mid-year recap of M&A deals, we noted that the number of deals this year was slightly outpacing last year. That trend continued into the second half of the year as well. Indeed, in 2022 we've reported about 70 deals across supplier, distributor and retailer tiers.
