A Deep Dive into the US Craft Spirits Landscape

Dear Client:   Last week, Park Street and the American Craft Spirits Association (ACSA) released this year's Craft Spirits Data Project, with all the latest data on the US craft spirits industry.  As of August 2021, there are 2,290 craft distillers in operation across the US. You may recall, the project defines craft spirits as distilled spirits produced by licensed US producers that have not more than 750,000 proof gallons (about 394,000 cases) removed from bond per year, market themselves
