A Chat with the Largest Black-Owned Wine Company in the US

Dear Client:   McBride Sisters Wine Company was founded in 2005 by Robin McBride and Andréa McBride John, president and ceo, respectively. Today they are the largest Black-owned wine company in the US and the 63rd largest winery globally, according to Nielsen data, Andréa tells WSD.  Your editor recently caught up with the sisters to get the skinny on the company.  HOW IT STARTED. "In many ways, our path to winemaking was destiny at work," according to Robin. "The name
