You may recall a lawsuit brought forth against Indiana's Alcohol & Tobacco Commission (ATC) by local retailer Cap 'n Cork and two consumers, who sought to overturn the state's ban on common carriers. Indiana law permits wine retailers to make deliveries to customers, but only if those deliveries are made by the retailer itself or by the retailer's permitted employees
