2021 M&A Activity: The Final* Tally

Dear Client:   M&A activity really kicked into high gear in 2021 following a slowdown in 2020 largely thanks to the pandemic. So far this year we've reported on a whopping 60 deals across supplier, distributor and retailer tiers, all of which ranged from full acquisitions, minority investments, and joint ventures.
