World’s Largest Beer Brand Valued at $3 billion

That's right. The world's largest beer brand by volume and market share is China's Snow, owned nearly 50/50 by China Resources Holdings and SABMiller. In order to clear the antitrust hurdle for ABI-SABMiller, the latter has agreed to sell SABMiller's 49% stake in Snow to China Resources (which is backed by the state) for $1.6 billion, according to Bloomberg.
