Dear Client:As reported yesterday, ABI, Constellation, and Department of Justice have entered into "discussions" about ABI's new deal to sell the Piedras Negras brewery to Constellation. As a part of those discussions, all parties have agreed to jointly approach the court to request a temporary stay of all litigation proceedings until March 19, 2013. That gives the DOJ a month to study the deal and ascertain if it's enough to approve the deal, or perhaps get more concessions out of
