Dear Client: It appears that August Busch IV met with InBev directors Jorge Paulo Lemann and Marcel Telles last Monday in Tampa, and August asked the gentleman whether they had a formal bid for A-B. They did not, but they spoke of the benefits of a combination, according to a letter sent to August Busch IV by InBev chief Carlos Brito.
