There sure has been a lot of deregulation recently, not the least of which is the privatization of Washington State. Wineries shipping direct, retailers trying to ship direct, people trying to privatize states, Sunday sales for liquor, grocery stores selling liquor. It's enough to make a old school regulator cry.
