Dear Client:  The Floribama Beer King, which is what I call Elliot Maisel, much to his dismay I'm sure, and his Gulf Distributing, a Blue/Silver house in Alabama, has a deal to acquire the remaining distribution assets of the Schilleci family's Birmingham-based distributorship, Supreme Beverage -- but with a twist. Members of the Schilleci family will take stock in Gulf, making it a merger of sorts.  SIDEBAR:  Recall that Elliot also has a separate Florida panhandle distributorship which he owns
