Biscuit grew up in San Antonio, Texas, spending her youth protecting a private household from squirrels, rabbits, and the occasional armadillo.  More recently she has moved to the Pearl Brewery where her responsibilities now also include chasing off ducks who stray from the San Antonio River. Biscuit occasionally moonlights as our data analyst, under the pseudonym “Blue”. She is 11 years old and her favorite dive bar is Still Golden Social House, but she stubbornly has no hobbies other than napping and collecting old tennis balls.
