The skies were gunmetal gray yesterday in St. Louis, a fitting climate to match the pall hanging over One Busch Place as shareholderes met in New Jersey to officially vote to accept InBev's offer. While many are excited about the prospect of a new company, many were also sad that yesterday marked the day that Anheuser-Busch is no more. The owners (shareholders) have spoken, and the owners voted to sell.
