Skin in the Game Revisited

Industry consultant Andy Christon at Ippolito/Christon set forth a widely talked about thesis of "skin in the game" (see BBD 10-11-11) which set forth the notion that distributors and craft brewers should share in the initial marketing costs of introducing a new brand. Andy is a distributor consultant, not a supplier guy, so he wanted to clarify a few points on this issue
