In response to the UBS report yesterday regarding ABI's theoretical plans to expand branch operations and ship direct, A-B chief Dave Peacock says that "there is no change in our current U.S. strategy. Anheuser-Busch InBev has no plans to force consolidation. Consolidation has been occurring for many years, and we believe it will and should continue. We believe this should happen voluntarily over time .
