Ohio Post-Mortem: To What End Branches?

Dear Client: Now that the dust has settled in Ohio and all sides have come to a compromise of sorts -- with A-B agreeing not to buy any more distributorships after C&G in Lima, and the Ohio legislature agreeing not to continue with the emergency legislation, everybody can take a breath and review. It seems that in the face of the distributors, retailers, craft brewers, MillerCoors, and key lawmakers against them, A-B decided that the right thing to do was
