MVP Program Draws Attention from Several States

It's not just Florida that is taking a hard look at A-B's MVP program, where they provide display enhancers to high volume accounts. Word is coming in from around the country from state regulators questioning the legality of the program, or asking A-B for more information. Valentines from state regulators have appeared from Florida, Maine, Ohio, Minnesota, Texas, and South Carolina -- and that's just the states we know about. Several other state ABCs are reviewing the program, we're told.
