Dear Client:Yesterday Beer Institute chief Jim McGreevy updated members on two recent beer-centric FDA declarations from earlier this month. New menu labeling rules requiring brewers to provide nutritional information to food establishment partners of 20 units or more has particularly concerned the small brewers, whose recipes and brands can be less standardized than those of big brewers.
