Dear Client: In an effort "to accelerate the delivery of its global strategy" Heineken has announced significant changes to "its operating model and ways of working." The new structure is being characterized as "leaner," "flatter" and "streamlined." Heineken believes the changes will do three things: 1) "allow the business to better focus on growth opportunities." 2) "be more agile in responding to consumer needs in the marketplace" and 3) "be more cost effective in doing so."
