October 22, 2013Dear Client: As news spread yesterday about MillerCoors' plans to reorganize, (cutting 200 salaried employees companywide, with another 160 open salaried positions that won't be filled), MillerCoors salaried employees started getting calls to learn their fates. Things are moving fast. The reorganization is scheduled to be complete by November 1, we're told. Reorgs are always tough, although by all accounts MillerCoors has managed the process seamlessly and communications have been swift and professional. What motivated this reorg ?
