Latrobe Brewery Sold to City Brewery

InBev USA and City Brewery have finally reached a final agreement to sell InBev's Latrobe brewery, former home to Rolling Rock, to big contract producer City Brewery of LaCrosse, Wisconsin (headquartered at the old G. Heileman brewery). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
