KEG 1 to Acquire River City Distributing Assets

Dear Client: The KEG 1 bev alc distributor group has just announced an agreement for KEG 1 River City to acquire the assets of Louisville, Kentucky's River City Distributing, in a deal expected to close in January 2023. Terms were not disclosed.  Upon deal completion, KEG 1 "will commence distributing all of River City Distributing’s nearly 5 million cases servicing 2,632 accounts in Kentucky and the greater Louisville market," it said.
