Judge Accepts DCF Method of Valuation

Dear Client:In the long running New Jersey lawsuit involving three terminated InBev distributors (Peerless, Shore Point, and Warrent Distributing), a federal judge ruled mostly in favor of the distributors against A-B on a point of valuing a distributorship. It all started back in the Spring of 2006, when A-B bought Rolling Rock from InBev USA (wow, remember that? That seems like ages ago). New Jersey law allows brand transfers at "fair market value" if their is a "successor brewer." At
