Illinois Liquor Control Commish to Hold Hearing on Revocation of City Beverage’s

Dear Client:The stakes just got higher in the long-running feud between A-B and the Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC). The agency sent City Beverage a "Citation and Notice of Hearing" to be held June 20 "to show cause why your Liquor License should not be fined, suspended, or revoked, for a violation of the Illinois Liquor Control Act."The ILCC contends that A-B still owns a 30% ownership interest in City Beverage against state law, so it intends to recommend at
